NOTE:

After you address a message using a list, the system asks for more

extensions. Do not add extensions that are already used in addressing of

the list just appended.

Specify an address as a number or name—press ( ) to switch

modes.

☞ Tip

When creating a list, you can also include an existing list by entering

( ) at step 4.

Deleting Addresses from a List

Delete addresses from a mailing list in two ways:

■ Review the list until you find each address, then press

( ); or

■ At step 4 (when creating a list), press immediately, enter the address

to be deleted, and press ( ).

Repeat for other addresses.

Make the list private.

Make the list public
